Please join me for a non-walk in the woods today. I was too lazy to actually go walk so, not one to procrastinate or make excuses, I recorded this out on the deck. Inspired by my personal experience with that crazy skin treatment for pre-cancer on my face, I wanted to talk about addressing the elephant in the room. An elephant is a conspicuous animal no one can miss. Yet, as organizations, we often put our heads in the sand, like an ostrich, thinking if we avoid the topic, no one will find out about or notice it. I think that’s a bad idea and have a listen and let me know what you think.
